Frequently asked questions

What does PeaceMaker Labs do?

We install the operating system a growing organization is missing: roles, workflows, and tools the team can run without the founder. Every engagement starts with a SPOT Check across Strategy, People, Operations, and Technology. From there you choose a FACT depth — Fractional Partners, Advisors, Custom Solutions, or Technology — and Path to PEACE is how the work gets installed.

Why is this different from other consultants?

We are operators who sit between operations and technology. The work is done with your team until Tuesday still runs without us. We are not a marketing agency, an IT ticket shop, or a slide-deck consultancy. If Path to PEACE is not the right fit, we say so.

How long does an engagement take?

A Peace Talk is 15 minutes. In that conversation we look for a realistic 90-day return. Fractional Partners embed for 3–12 months. Advisors are ongoing or phased. Custom Solutions are scoped in weeks to a few months. Some technology is self-serve and does not require an engagement.

What does it cost?

We do not publish a rate card. A full-time COO or CTO is often a $250k–$300k hire you may not be ready to make. PeaceMaker Labs scopes the depth after a Peace Talk: embedded fractional work runs for months, a custom build is priced to the bottleneck, and some tools are self-serve. If the economics do not support a clear 90-day return, we will tell you before you buy anything.

What is the first step?

Book a 15-minute Peace Talk. We name the bottleneck, decide whether Path to PEACE can unlock a clear 90-day return, and point you elsewhere if we are not the fit. It is a conversation, not a pitch.

Who is this not for?

This is not for teams that need ads, branding, or a content calendar. It is not for anyone shopping for the cheapest vendor to set up some software, or for a full-time hire they can hand a title. If nobody in leadership will change how decisions get made, we are the wrong partner.

Fifteen minutes is the whole first step.

Book a Peace Talk. We name the bottleneck and whether a clear 90-day return is realistic.
