I started PeaceMaker Labs after watching good teams stall on problems that were not mysterious—unclear ownership, tools nobody used, founders still in Slack at 10 p.m. Fifteen-plus years in organizational design and change, including startups, nonprofits, and a Fortune 100 bank, taught the same lesson: install systems people will actually run on Tuesday, then get out of the hero seat.
